How can I contact Acrobits for support?

You can send an email to support@acrobits.net or submit a support ticket at acrobits.net/support. For Cloud Softphone owners, create a support ticket through the portal. For Acrobit Softphone and Groundwire, go to the Help section within the app.

Contact our support team if you have any questions at all via one of the following ways:

  • For Cloud Softphone customers: 

    1. Log in to the Cloud Softphone portal at providers.cloudsoftphone.com.
    2. Select your softphone project.
    3. Select the + Create support ticket button at the bottom of the screen.
  • For Acrobit Softphone and Groundwire users, submit a ticket to the Acrobits Help Desk within the application:

    • Android devices - On the Main screen, select Android Settings icon > Settings > Help.

    • iOS devices - Open the Keypad tab, select iOS Setting icon > Help.
